"It's a Wonderful Life" is the best movie ever made. Actually, it's in the top 3 with no particular order. We planned to write an entire album centered around this fine film, but this was as far as we got. Maybe more will come in time.
lyrics
Let me tell ya, Mary. I've got a hatful of wishes.
Enough to bury this old house in stones,
With every window broken, but you know I think I'll miss it
When I'm building fancy bridges on my own... a mile long.
Well, I'm gonna see the Colosseum, Italy and Greece.
Then I'll go to college and see what they know.
I'm shakin' the dust of this crumby town off my feet.
And Pop will sell his old building and loan... when I'm gone.
Buffalo gal, won't you come out tonight?
I've lassoed the moon for you. I'll lasso the moon.
I didn't tell anyone, I just went for a walk
And now you're tellin' me to make up my mind.
But I don't want any plastics, and I don't wanna hear this talk.
'Cause I know what I want out of life... from now on.
